32449 Bloom Patchwork (e-pattern)

Bloom is a beautiful quilt, featuring a striking enlarged single block, making it quick and easy to create.

The pictured quilt is made using fabrics designed by Bonnie and Camille for Moda Fabrics.

The finished quilt is a Queen size at 72" (183cm) square, but can be easily adapted to a larger or smaller quilt, depending on your preference. Additional instructions in the pattern are provided to create a Cot/Crib sized version.

The quilt is made using Half Square Triangles, with thorough instructions provided for how to create them simply, and accurately.

The PDF pattern is available for immediate download, and features extensive instructions for how to create your own quilt. The pattern includes clear and well thought out instructions and diagrams, and is easy to read. The pattern has been thoroughly tested by a number of quilters of varying experience.

Fabric Requirements:
30cm (12”) each of Pink Floral and Pink Tone on Tone (star centre).
90cm (36”) each of Small Scale Cream Floral (first border) and Solid White (third border).
60cm (24”) each of Pink and White Stripe (second border) and White Spot on Red (fifth border).
1.2m (48”) Small Scale Pink Floral (fourth border).
55cm (21”) White Spot on Red (binding).
Backing fabric and batting at least 2.05m x 2.05m (80” x 80”).
